Cancel

It is possible to cancel your order. We always ask you to inform us a.s.a.p. by e-mail mentioning your order number. The sooner we receive your cancellation, the sooner we can stop processing your order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the items upon receipt. Please see our return policy. The cost of returning products is then at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us. Once your order has been successfully cancelled, your payment obligation expires. Any payments will then be refunded as soon as possible. The refund period varies by payment method.

In some cases, we may be forced to cancel your order. An item or an order can be canceled for several reasons:

• The item is not available (yet)
• Address information is unclear or incorrect

If an order is canceled, your payment obligation will be cancelled or you will receive a refund of the amount already paid.
