Read this page about the current situation before ordering.

Pre-order

How it works:

Pre-order items are products that have been announced but not yet released by the manufacturer. If a product is re-released or comes back in stock in the future, it will also be marked as "pre-order" in our store.

Payments for pre-order items are collected immediately after checkout. Although we charge your order immediately, we also accept cancellations prior to the release date and/or shipment of items. In that case, our cancellation policy applies.

Shipping PRE-ORDER

Products will ship around the release date listed on the product page, but please note that sometimes the release date may be delayed by the manufacturer. We always do our best to keep the product pages up-to-date in case changes are announced by the manufacturers, so that our customers are informed at all times.

It will be NOT recommended to purchase foods with pre-order items still months away, as expiration dates and availability of foods cannot be guaranteed at the time of release of pre-order items.

Combine stock items with pre-order items

If multiple pre-ordered items are combined in the same order, we cannot ship the order until all items are available.

Also, if some of the products in your order are currently available but are combined with pre-order items, we may not ship the order until all products are released by the manufacturer.

If you want to receive items sooner and sooner after the release date, we recommend placing separate orders for each pre-ordered item.

Our cancellation policy applies to any partial or full cancellation of an order requested under these circumstances.

Shipping

Items are shipped from the Netherlands. We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving payment, but it may take longer depending on the product and number of items ordered.

Business Calendar

Our offices and warehouse are closed on weekends and national holidays in the Netherlands. We do not process orders and our customer service is not available when the store is closed, we still accept orders and will process them as soon as possible.

Shipping costs:

You can check shipping costs before you checkout by viewing your shopping cart. To check shipping costs, add any combination of items to your cart and click on the ``Estimated Shipping Costs`` button under the heading ``Shipping`` (you can calculate shipping costs and you do not have to proceed with your purchase at this point).

Combine shipping

By adding multiple products to your cart, you can combine shipping costs for multiple items during checkout. Combined shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart depending on the total weight and size of the items.

Since we usually do not accept the aggregation of separate orders or items except in specific cases, please make sure you add all the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart before completing the order.

Address changes

If you wish to change the shipping address of your existing order(s), please contact our customer service department at support@bescards.com with the order number and your new address information.

We cannot make changes to an order that has already been shipped.
