What to do in case of damage?

Damage is a very annoying issue and unfortunately not always preventable. Although of course we strive to do so together with the transport company. Always check the products carefully upon receipt of your order. Should there be any unexpected damage to one of the items in your order, please report it to us as soon as possible after receipt of your order via support@bescards.com. The sooner you report it, the sooner the damage can be fixed. We request that you send photos with your report so that the damage can be assessed.

Complaint handling

BES CARDS is all about satisfied customers. In the unlikely event that you have a bad experience with your order or our service, we would like to hear about it. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaints. You can address your complaints to the customer service department. You will always receive a substantive response within 5 working days of receiving your complaint. Our customer service can be reached at support@bescards.com. For proper and prompt processing, please email your email as complete as possible. In many cases it helps to attach pictures.
