Returns & Refunds

Not completely happy with your order? No problem. Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we make returning your order as simple as possible.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned:

• unused and undamaged, in the same condition you received them;
• in their original packaging, with any seals intact;
• complete with all included accessories and free items.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the value of the product is reduced because it was handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and features, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Exceptions

Sealed collectible products (booster boxes, packs, etc.) that have been opened cannot be returned once the seal is broken, as the value cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect your legal rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@bescards.com with your order number.
2. We'll confirm the return address and any details.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the full amount — including the original standard shipping cost — within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order. If you chose a more expensive shipping option than our standard, we refund the standard rate.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@bescards.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
