Through our webshop, privacy-sensitive information — personal data — is processed. BesCards considers the careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Your personal data is therefore processed and secured by us with care.

BesCards is the controller responsible for the data processing. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose in relation to the webshop www.bescards.com. We recommend that you read it carefully.

Order Processing

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may pass your personal data to our delivery service in order to have your order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your email address, phone number, billing address, and name and address details. We do this on the basis of your consent. We retain this information until your order has been completed. Certain customer data is retained for longer due to the statutory tax retention obligation.

Sharing with Third Parties

We work with certain companies who may receive the personal data mentioned above from us.

Contact Form and Newsletter

You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address details, phone number, and email address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We retain this information until we are certain that you are satisfied with our response.

We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your consent. This data is retained until you cancel your subscription.

Advertising

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this by email. You can object to this advertising at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Disclosure to Other Companies or Institutions

With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will under no circumstances provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, except where we are legally required to do so (for example, if the police demand it in the event of a suspected crime).

We keep statistics on the use of our webshop.

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google, containing strict arrangements about what they may record. We have not permitted Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. We have Google anonymize the IP addresses.
