We keep shipping simple: fast delivery at fair rates. Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL. For the rest of Europe and worldwide, we use FedEx.

Processing & tracking

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are normally processed the same day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Pre-orders

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and can change due to the manufacturer or distributor. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the complete order may be shipped when all items are available.

DDP, customs & import duties

We ship international orders as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means the recipient should normally not be charged additional import duties or taxes when the parcel is delivered.

Delivery issues

Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If tracking is delayed, your parcel is damaged or appears to be missing, contact us at support@bescards.com with your order number.
