Shipping Information
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you order before 2:00 PM on a business day, we’ll usually process your order that day. During busy periods, this may take a little longer.
Netherlands & Belgium
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL Tracked for €4.99.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €250.
Europe & Worldwide
For deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, we use FedEx International.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days within Europe and 1 to 5 business days worldwide.
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free shipping only applies to orders over €250 delivered to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you should normally have no additional duties or taxes to pay when your parcel arrives.
